What is important to Heather? Heather
believes we need balanced,
sustainable development that recognizes
the impact all development places upon
environmental, social and economic elements of our
community—today and in future.
Heather continues to support
heritage and cultural conservation,
protection and better utilization of our
agricultural lands, and attracting “clean”
industrial and commercial enterprises.
Heather is also a champion
of community education: relevant,
lifelong learning activities that are developed and
coordinated, in cooperation with other institutions,
across the entire community for access by all
citizens.

Mission's Downtown Revitalization Committee,
